HMRC have advised EMCS movements starting in other states are being rejected in error - Disregard any IE802 reminder, and do not resubmit.

HMRC have advised that the EMCS service will be unavailable on Wednesday 4th January between 18:00 and 19:30. Fallback protocol applies.
