Any chance of increasing the number of lines/space available for input of the shipping mark or general description of goods?

In response to requests from our customers we have now made a modification to this field which will help you if you are not including the e-Cert SITRPO invoice in your application.   This modification was applied to e-Cert on 19/02/11 and the release note reads as follows:

Our Ref CSS 51523 – The General Description of Goods field will now accept more than 8 lines of text for applications which don’t include an invoice created in e-Cert.   If the combined text in both the General Description and Free Text fields exceeds the maximum space available on the EC Certificate of Origin a validation message will be displayed to the user.
